Christmas has come early for Brad Andrews who won the Glades Pro AM by 2 shots shooting 69 in perfect playing conditions yesterday. A full field of 120 golfers took part in the event with many amateur golfers lining up alongside some of the best up and coming Sunshine Tour players. Events such as this cannot be the success they are without tournament sponsors. The Glades would like to thank Coca Cola, E-Z-E GO, Globe Australia, Toro, Nike and of course the PGA for their continued support. The teams event was a major talking point during the post golf festivities with big interest on the overall result with all teams fighting for bragging rights. The event was a sell out with everyone excited for a great day of golf and delicious Christmas Lunch to finish of what has been a great year. Who would have thought we would wake up to torrential rain. Unfortunately the golf had to be cancelled but I would like to thank those who returned to help us eat all the food. It was a wonderful afternoon with plenty of prizes given.
