The menu offers a similar range of casual meals for golfers wishing to enjoy a snack after golf or a formal menu for those wishing to enjoy a leisurely, light lunch with friends or a more formal evening meal.

Award winning chef, David Fryer returns...

David Fryer has recently returned to The Glades as head chef. Over the course of a 20 year career David has travelled the world, working in some of its most acclaimed five-star hotels and restaurants along the way.

The recipient of numerous local and international industry awards and commendations, he is best-known for his innovative cuisine and dedication to food. As one of the Gold Coast’s leading chefs, he brings his considerable skills as head chef to his relaxed and cosy dining venue.

Private Dining and Functions Areas

The Glades Golf Club has a number of private dining and functions areas, in addition to the open air boardwalk bar and casual outdoor dining area.

Intimate Indoor Restaurant

There is an intimate indoor restaurant; a smaller indoor bar and private dining area; two private functions rooms which can be combined for larger events. For smaller conferences or meetings, there is our upstairs Loft area with large glass windows overlooking the golf course.
