Welcoming back our renowned chef

We are pleased to welcome back award winning, renowned chef, David Fryer who recently returned to The Glades as head chef. David brings an abundance of experience and skills from his 20 year career travelling the world, working in some of its most acclaimed five-star hotels and restaurants along the way.

David has achieved success with numerous local and international industry awards and commendations; David is one of the Gold Coast’s leading chefs. Our Menu is thus eclectic, invocative and satisfying.

The restaurant is open to the public daily from 8am to 4pm; on Friday it is open till 9.30pm for late night fine dining. Contact The Glades for bookings
